+ -1 moreSeeing the work done at a neighbor's by Deep Roots, I called for an estimate and had to leave a message. Two days later they returned my call. Ben arrived on time and we walked around the yard discussing what I would like done. He took notes and assured me that he would be back in touch with a quote. I never heard from him again. It would have been professional of him to have at least said, we are not interested in this job if that were the case, rather than leaving me hanging.

+ -1 moreWell. they've changed. I have been using them for 5 years, and I would give them a B. I am using them every week, but I am thinking abuot changing. They are very good, but they change crews on you and the new crew does things, they have destroyed some plants.

+ -1 morePerfectly! Ben and team were the most detail oriented, thoughtful and respectful landscape professionals we have ever contracted! Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family alike.
Description of Work: Killed existing grass and weeds, removed old turf and poor topsoil, added and tilled in landscape mix to a 4" depth, removed rocks and graded, laid new sod, and set sprinkler system to needed cycles.

Description of Work: This crew came and moved some shrubs in preparation for our new retaining wall. They came on time, worked very quickly and also at our request, dug up a water line my husband needed to work on. Very good job, did everything we asked. I have also had very good references from a friend who has used them for his landscaping work.

Description of Work: Completely landscape around all sides of the house and lay sod. All plants were provided. installed steps to get from the front to the side, mulched all around the plant beds and up the sides of the driveway, installed drains on gutter downspouts, installed drains at end of driveway and head of driveway.

+ 1 moreThey are very good. I have a contract with them. They did my yard today. They are responsive. I can cancel the contract at anytime. They answer my calls. The billing system they use does not work properly. The are trying to fix it. They are weeding, clean up. They clean my gutter and trim my bushes. They do not do flower-beds, unless I added it to my contract. They come monthly. They are wonderful to work with!
