We have had so many good experiences with David that it would be difficult to give all the details. We originally found him through a small ad in a local 'pennysaver' shopper's periodical, while looking for some basic real estate management services to help us handle a rental unit on our property. He was very knowledgable about the entire rental picture in the Gainesville area, answered all our questions, and accomodated us at every turn. When we decided to acquire another property, he was very proactive in sending us appropriate leads, helped guide us to a successful bid on our final choice, and handled all the details of a very complicated purchase and sale process. He then also came up with an excellent solution to a fairly complex property sub-division and sale on the original property we first bought when migrating to Gainesville. He clearly knows his stuff, handles everything cheerfully and competently, and is always good about getting back to us when we call. We will continue to use him as long as we have real estate concerns in the area.
