Very prompt. Good communication. Found my leak and fixed it within 24 hours of my call. Cleaned up and put everything back as well as possible.

We woke up Saturday morning to a leak in one of the sprinkler lines. We were in the process of completing the information on Angie's list when we received a call from Crew Cuts who asked about the problem. They kept us informed of their expected price as well as arrival time. They were very professional, kept us informed of the progress and completed the job quickly. He also discovered a leak in the house line, called a plumber and waited until he arrived to explain what he had done. We would definitely call them again.

Charlie came out promptly to get an idea of what I needed. he said he'd write up an estimate and let me know. Two weeks went by, I heard nothing. I called, he answered. "Oh, i'll write that up now and send it along". It's been 2 more weeks. Still haven't heard and probably won't. I have no problem if he can't fit me in, or didn't want the job for some reason. Just let me know. I've now wasted a month and have to start again from square one. So frustrating.

Very professional group. Punctual, very courteous and kept a clean job site. Had project done in 2 days as originally quoted. Eager to do a good job. We highly recommend these guys.

Work completed as promised

This is the second time I have used Crew Cuts. They were recommended to me by my next door neighbor. They do great work at a good price and both times have gone over and above what I expected. They even help me with programming the system. Our system in old and was in disrepair when we moved in and it is now works well. Although we know we will eventually need to replace the system, there is no pressure to do so.

All of their work has been excellent. We will use them for some other stuff and highly recommend them for any outdoor work.

They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. When they uncovered an issue with my previous irrigation system, they stayed much longer than anticipated to ensure everything was working as expected. I will definitely use them for other projects.

Fine. Had to replace two valves. Charles ran my system through all zones to check operation, and made suggestions on improvements that could be made. I recommended Crew Cuts to my neighbors, and would certainly do business with them again.

From the beginning, Charlie Kubala very responsive to my requests for pricing for work desired. Work began on time and the Crew Cuts employees worked tirelessly to get the jobs done in minimal time. Even when the weather wouldn't cooperate, they kept working to get the job done. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.
