Sorry to say, but you should not use this company. Offered a great price on a new system this past summer, came right out to install, but it ran noisy after installation. They came back and adjusted the fan speed and that made it better, but come fall the heat didn't work. They sent someone out, but he couldn't figure out why. Said he would send someone else the next day. No one showed and they then said they needed a part and would come in a couple of days when the part showed up. No one ever responded again after weeks of calls, emails, texts, and messages left on the website, even when I let them know I'd have to leave this review. I finally had to call another company who came and found they had left the plastic shipping cap on the gas line when they connected it--just screwed the lines together, which left the top of the cap in the gas line. Gas was not getting into the furnace and was leaking into my attic. Other things had not been done correctly as well in the original installation, which the new company corrected. A good price originally, but completely incompetent installation and terrible mistreatment on the service side, leaving me stressed and ignored for weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My furnace went out, and I tried at least 6 places before an actual person answered my call with some empathy. I'd been in my house for about 36 hours without heat and it was 55 degrees inside. Sandy helped me to make sure someone could come as soon as possible --even though their headquarters are in Gainesville and I am in Tucker, GA. She was really nice, and she actually heard what I had to say before cutting me off like the other places I called. Then, Chris arrived, and he explained all of my options. He gave me great information and suggestions about how to mitigate my issues without just throwing money at the problem. He was thoughtful and never pushy. You can tell that he knows exactly what he's talking about, and for a new homeowner, it's nice to have someone take the time that I needed to understand my own house. They will be coming back to adjust shoddy work done by a previous contractor at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend these folks enough. Thank you!

The reason I used them was because the reviews were great. The product they were installation was a pretty decent product and the price was comparable, so I used them. They were ready to come out on a short notice and everything. Where thing fell apart was we were talking about everything, then I asked what is the warranty on this and all of that. They said they, “we would stand one year behind ours.” Some do one year, some do 2 years, but I was okay with one year as long as they stand behind one year. They came and did the job and left around 3:34. They said the air conditioning is not going to cool down until late at night. I understand the coolant has to go through. I understand the technical reasons why it doesn’t happen, it takes time for the machine to warm up. I was pleased, that was fine, so I gave them the premium and they left. The next day the air conditioning unit was not able to make the temperatures, it was running hot. It was 78°/79° inside. They came by and checked the air conditioning unit and everything and they looked at blower motor and so on and so forth. The technician goes, “our installation is all fine. I think it’s your motor that is the problem which we did not correct it, so we’ll give you an estimate for a motor.” I said, “fine, give me an estimate for that and we’ll take it from there.” They gave me an estimate and the estimate was fine. The problem was they charged me $18 for coming, with 24 hours of installation since it wasn’t their equipment. It was their equipment because they fixed their part and then they looked at other part. They said it was not a service call. I said, “what was that all standing one year behind your parts and all?” I gave them $80, but I did not get any more work. I told them it was totally unprofessional and this and that. I’ll save more through somebody else and get it done. It was not acceptable to me. Another $80 and they screwed up the relationship. They walked away from the business. Okay, fine!

It was fantastic. They were reliable, honest, and do great followups. I would highly recommend them.

On time and very professional. Since installation they have come back to service unit plus to correct a temperature issue. As promised I have saved over $50 per mo. on my electric bill.

I talked with 4 different contractors and with different makes of AC. Climate Solutions was very competitive and I liked their approach
