When we moved into our house it was already equipped with an Amerec Sauna and Steam Shower. The Steam Shower works great, but the Sauna had never worked since we moved in. I had an electrician out previously to do other work and had him take a look at it. He said the only thing he thought it could be was the heating element. I contacted Mark after calling Amerec's customer service line. Mark was the closest Amerec Sauna and Steam tech in the area. I called Mark and he came the next day to take a look at this issue with his son. After some investigation he determined that it wasn't the heating element, but the thermostat that was broken. He looked up the parts we needed online and they were pretty inexpensive, or less than I thought they might be. Once the part were shipped to Mark he came by a couple days later to install the new thermostat. He then gave me some maintenance tips and talked about the optimal heat settings. He also gave me some information on the steam shower and how often I should have that serviced. Mark was great on the follow ups and very efficient and effective. He was also very pleasant to speak with. I would definitely recommend Mark and he will be the first person I call if any future issues come up.

He was great and was very responsive. He was cheerful and easy to work with. He went above and beyond what was necessary. He even call me back several times in one day to make sure Lowes delivered the appliance I order in a timely manner.
