Brick to Branch Landscaping and Tree

I do NOT recommend this company. Clint Prosser is the owner of 2 companies: Brick to Branch and Your Tree Guy. Please read the Better Business Bureau's reviews. There are several complaints of work not being completed and money being taken. I hired brick to branch to build a retaining wall. Clint has had over 12k of my money for nearly 3 months and only 2 days of work (10% of the job) has been completed. On top of that, the work that has been done was done incorrectly. Clint consistently has an excuse for why the job can't be done. I have been asking to have my money refunded for awhile now and Clint no longer responds to text/calls. We are speaking with an attorney to seek legal action. Save yourself the trouble and hire a reputable company.

Do not use his service! Please read other's review and don't make the same mistake as we did. He was very nice at first until he received our money. Our project has been delayed for months. Material never got delivered as promised. Our yard is still a big mess.

Clint Prosser owns Brick to Branch. We had problems from the beginning of our three part project - clearing & grading, sodding and fencing. His crew didn’t grade or clear the whole lot, even after doing it twice. I graded what they didn’t, but now dealing with stumps growing back into trees. Clint was supposed to lay Zoysia but made the decision, without consulting me, to lay Bermuda. He did switch it to Zoysia (based on the contract and what we discussed) which is about 1/4 crabgrass and weeds. Next step was the fence. I sent him a picture of what I wanted but he bought another type, without consulting me at all. Never mentioned it that he couldn’t find what I wanted, just had his crew deliver one he picked out himself. There are problems with the fence that need to be fixed before we can stain it. For three months, Clint has ignored my 4 phone calls and 11 texts. Clint says the things people want to hear, but has serious ethical issues, does not follow up with the work his crew does, has no sense of urgency to get things done unless payment is due, does not honor his warranty and is a poor business man. I have a long list of promises made by Clint which he did not do, or did poorly. Some are in writing, some are not. We are in the process of repairing the fence and the cost of that will determine if we go to small claims court. Getting a warranty is worthless when using Clint Prosser and Brick to Branch.

Started a stone patio project in November 2022. Showed up and got about 3/4 off it done before running out of material. Claims had to re order but we realized he ordered the wrong color after it was completed. I have two different colors of stone. When Clint came to look at it he admits had ordered the wrong colored stone. I also showed him where the first 3/4 of work the mortar was cracking and coming loose. He the admitted “they” had used the wrong mortar and would need to re-do the whole thing. I had to keep calling Clint for months and he kept saying they would be there “ next week” but now it has been 5 months and Clint no longer return my call. I will be going to small claims court and not take recommendations from Angis any longer
