Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate but determined in needed some significant preliminary work before they would be able to gain access to the plumbing. They gave me some great advice and excellent recommendations as to his I should proceed. They were very helpful and professional.

Description of Work: We needed our septic tank pumped out and after several plumbers with very different pricing one gave me a great price. When they came out and dug the hole the price more then tripled I refused and they covered the hole and left. After that I called Billy Bell Plumbing and got a price from the young lady that answered the, when I asked if that covered everything she let me talk to Marty the guy that did the job. He came out pumped the septic tank and told how I could save money by doing some of the work myself, good price and a real good guy to work with I will call Billy Bell again when I need a plumber.

Description of Work: Cleaned clogged sewer line. Work was completed. Appears to work fine. Did not clean up work site before leaving, left foot debris and grass particle on the bath floor and entry to home.

Description of Work: Determined cause of septic blockage and corrected.

Description of Work: Located septic tank, partially replace piping, install a clean out station with metal lid for future access, work was totally satisfactory.

Description of Work: I had them replace the pump in my 400 plus foot deep Well. Something I had not anticipated but they were very professional and did a good job.

Description of Work: I was quoted $325, but was charge $150 more for 2 things that he claims are not part of the $325 quote for pumping the septic tank. Chris Motes Septic did not charge extra for these things a few years ago. I confirmed with him after job was complete. I will use Chris Motes in the future.

Description of Work: Missed scheduled time and did not call me. Had to reschedule and again missed scheduled time and did not call me. Original estimate was $325.00.I ended up paying $600. They had to go get digging equipment, causing further delay. Worker was polite and knew his job.

Description of Work: Tried to reseat leaking toilet myself 4 times and finally gave up, time for professional. Arrived when they said they would, charged price they said they would, did job they said they would. A's across the board. And then one day later it was leaking again, called them back, they came out promptly, deeper inspection found very subtle crack in toilet bowl. No charge for return visit as they had missed on first trip. And I felt better that my failure to reseat the toilet was actually due to a crack I had missed. Would definitely use again for any future plumbing issue - knock on wooden pipe we dont have any more.
