We scheduled them to come out and evaluate our job, when they were on our side of town for 3 days. No one came out to evaluate/quote the job, they only looked at a few pics (sent via text), which did not give full perspective. Since the quote was based on pics I sent. it was not a valid quote because there was no clear understanding on what we were really looking to get done. So that was pretty bad, especially with us expecting someone to come over and see the job. May be our job was smaller than what they normally come to the south side for and really not something they'd want to do (not sure). There was a mention of a pool on the text and we weren't having a pool dug. The mostly do pool excavation's and this was only a partial clearing and removal of a few tree's.

All aspects of the job were performed very satisfactory. Would recommend Baird Enterprises to anyone needing Excavation Work, Swimming Pools dug, Drain Work. They are good at what they do. Great Company to utilize, very well ran / organized Company.

Came and gave recommendations and projections of estimated costs involved. After agreeing on times and estimated cost, provider was very consistent in his work habits. His workers were knowledgeable and hard workers. The job as done to my complete satisfaction and was completed in a timely fashion.
