All Day Appliance Service

We received a prompt service call on the 1st business day after my call over the weekend. Michael replaced the faulty relay on my refrigerator and had us up and running with a single service call. The price was fair and Michael was very helpful with his work and his advice on keeping the airflow clear. Highly recommended.

Called about 8 am and left my contact info with his answering service. He returned my call in less than a half hour and scheduled an appointment for 10am. He was on time and very courteous. He and his associate were knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. In our conversation he had learned that I am a do-it-yourself person, so he told me I could order the replacement part cheaper than he could get it plus save the second service call fee if I wanted to replace it myself. We agreed to that arrangement and he only charged me for his service call, which he had told me earlier on the phone and was reasonable.

This company has never returned my call. Every time I speak with a female who says mike will call me in an hour. I've never gotten a return call. Today I spoke with a Beverly who said tht office is closed until October 11 and that she can't even take a message until then. Wow.

Mr. Hollingsworth told me that he would call before he came! He never called, and he never came... After calling a couple of times afterward, he never returned my call.

He also took the time to explain what he did, how I could prevent a similar situation and thoroughly explained the warranty of his service.

I called the office number and the secretary paged Mike. He called me back within five minutes. Initially he thought I was outside of his service area so he referred me to his brother, but a few minutes later he called back and said that he could come to my house. He came that day (within the window of time he had given me). He did not have the part he needed with him, so he ran to the store to get one, came back and completed the work. Fantastic service! With a 10-month old baby, I really needed my dryer to be fixed quickly. Nothing better than same day service!

I hooked up my washing machine after having it in storage for nearly a year only to realize that the drum was not spinning or agitating at all. So with the machine full of now sopping wet, and somewhat soapy clothes, I started calling around for an appliance repair company since a new one was simply out of my budget. When I called All Day Appliance, they told me the owner (Mike) could be there the same day to diagnose (and possibly fix same day) the issue. He arrived on time, and immediately diagnosed the issue (pump leaking from being in storage, which made the seal dry out, and the pulley was missing altogether - which I have a feeling happened with the movers when they brought it from RI last summer). Anyhow, he didn't have the pulley in stock on his truck, but ordered it for me and got it 2 days later. He repaired the machine in about 15 minutes, and it's been working beautifully since. He was extremely responsive while waiting on the part to come in (I'll admit, I pestered him a lot since I was going out of town at the end of that week, and really needed the clothes washed so I could pack), and I was very grateful to have someone professional and prompt take care of the issue for me. He even checked that the dryer was in proper working order before leaving so that I would not have any issues when I finally got my clothes re-washed and put into the dryer. I'll certainly be keeping his number handy in the event that I need appliance repair in the future!
