im Harper was one of my customers at my place of employment (Heard County Water Authority). She was always a very kind and humble person from what I could tell. I had been trying to do everything on my own to apply for a loan and buy a home. I ran into problems and did not have the slightest clue on how to fix them. One day when Kim came in to the water authority, I asked if I could speak with her in private. I explained that I was trying to buy a home and the problems I ran into. She gave me a contact number of a person she knew at the mortgage company I was seeking a home loan from and then gave me her number to contact her once I was ready to look at homes for sale. I called her contact and my problems were cleared up very quickly. I contacted Kim once I was ready to look at homes for sale. She showed me homes that best fit my budget and my needs. Whenever I had a question or needed to talk to her about something, she was very prompt about returning my calls. She always explained everything to me very thoroughly. She helped me navigate the home purchasing process with professionalism, patience and grace. The home I ended up purchasing was close to my job (1.5 miles away), close to my children's schools (within 10 minutes or less to each) and though it was within the city limits of Franklin, I am on a street with only 4 houses. We're not too far apart but not right on each other either. I like my privacy but I like having neighbors near also. I had to pay no closing costs, including her fee. That was covered by the seller. She helped me achieve my dream! I found out later that Kim was dealing with the medical issues of a close relative at the time she was helping me find a home. I was stunned by how she worked with such grace under pressure and always made herself available when I needed her. Though my experience was mostly with Kim Harper, I can say the whole team is made up of wonderful people who work hard to help you find the home you're looking for. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a home to buy in this area.
