+ -1 moreTo start, I wasn't pleased at all. The first night the system went off and we couldn't shut it off. We had to snap wires and unplug everything. I started getting monthly bills, but I called and told them that no one ever came out after multiple calls, so the system hasn't even been working. Once they came back, they corrected the problems and now the service is working fine. However, it took 3 months for them to come back out.
Description of Work: They came out and refurbased an old security system and connected me to their service.
