Description of Work: Dana serviced my heating and air conditioner 4 X. Each time he was easy to get ahold of and took care of problem within 24 hrs. He has proven to me to be honest and knowledgeable.

+ -1 moreFriday night of Memorial Day weekend my air started acting up - fiddled with the breakers and it kicked back on. I called Dana Wright some time shortly after 9pm and left a message about what was happening. I got a call back within ten minutes - he told me what he though the problem was and that he'd see me in the morning. 8am he was at my door 8:15 he was done and had answered my questions about my air and a few about some ideas I had for some changes to a room that does not have a vent. Seems like a real good guy and dang good service man.

+ -1 moreCame home on a Friday afternoon to find the A/C had quit. Called Dana, who came out within the hour. Quickly found the coolant leak and repaired it in less than an hour. The most impressive part was that he showed up the following day to verify the amount of coolant he loaded was a full charge. No extra cost! I've used Dana Wright Hand A in the past for routine maintenance. Very trustworthy, prices are very fair.
