Brian, the owner of the company, responded immediately to a post, and offered to come give a quote. He was at my house twenty minutes later. He did the work himself. He repaired the front steps and some cracks in a brick planter plus he replaced bricks around the front sidewalk. He cleaned up the mess afterward after working hard to get the job done. I would recommend him highly.

He explained the process of the repair to me in detail, he also gave me options to choose from and explained the advantages of each choice. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire job. He even showed me a sample of what color the mortar was going to look like before applying it to the joints.
