 + -1 moreDavid came when we called. Did the repair at what we thought was an extremely reasonable cost . Price quoted was the price we paid. He even repaired another area that had the potential to have the same problem that we had not even asked about. He also did an overall check of our roof as to the condition. This was after all the storms. He said that we still had several good years left on the roof and when the time comes to replace we will call him. He fit us in to his schedule whle he was working on a much larger job. He got ours done in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Repaired an area on the roof that was leaking due to lack of flashing done during construction of the home.

Description of Work: David Loza was repairing my neighbor's roof which had wind damage during a recent storm He also noticed some minor damage to my shingles in addition to rubber seals that had dried and cracked due to the extreme heat over the past thirteen years. David offered to repair and replace some of these items along with repairing other areas of the house which I had neglected to do because I didn't have the knowledge and experience to do the maintenance myself. David and his crew arrived promptly the next morning as scheduled, and did all the repair work before noon.

The individual said they would come by at 5 PM the next day to provide a work estimate. However, the individual never showed up and never returned my call.

 + -1 moreCould not be more pleased with the completed job. Materials were delivered ahead of time. Crew arrived as scheduled. Job completed as scheduled and cost was as bid, with NO surprise, hidden 'extras'. Haul away and clean-up were immaculate.
Description of Work: Complete Re-Roof. Architectual Shingles and new ridge vents, plus removal of old power vent.
