+ -1 moreThis is the cheapest chintziest builder in the area. He will do anything to save a dime. He builds neighborhoods that start off good but then as he gets into the neighborhood the homes get smaller and cheaper so you end up with no uniformity and your $170000 house ends up next to a house half the size and worth 3/4 asmuch. He is also notorious for renting what does not sell so that screws up the neighborhod too. He hires the worst trades so your home is a lemon. Stay away!
Description of Work: This company built our home and we have had nothing but problems.
