BRADSHAW'S APPLIANCE HEATING

This was the second new system we had Mr. Jonathan Quick install and we haven't changed our minds about him. He is so nice and works in a timely manner. His cleanup is superb and we still would quickly recommend him. He is a man of integrity and his pricing is very reasonable.

I chose Jonathan Quick's company because he was recommended by a neighbor and because his quote was more in line with our personal cost expectation and was actually $2000 less than one of the quotes. Because of the amount of work involved, it took Mr. Quick two days to complete the job. He accomplished the job in a timely manner and was very organized and neat with the debris. We changed from gas to total electric and the old gas inside unit had to be removed from a closet inside. All the debris was removed promptly. The new unit had to be moved to a different location (from the back of the house to the end of the house) and the size of the duct work was twice the size of the old duct work. Mr. Quick failed to inform us of these changes prior to installation and we were somewhat shocked that we were given no input in the decision; however, after the initial shock, we were overall quite pleased with the changes. Because I am new to Angies List, this review is a year old. I have since used Mr. Quick to install two more new units. He is very personable and caring and I have found him to be honest and trustworthy and very easy to work with. He works in a timely manner and I would recommend him without hesitation.

This is the third experience I have had with Mr. Jonathan Quick's company and, again, I was very pleased with his price quote and his promptness in accomplishing the job. He even went beyond the scope of the job and fixed a previous repair where the attic unit had leaked and actually was yet again leaking and had not presented itself yet. This was a courtesy with no extra charge. I believe Jonathan is doing a good job for me and is looking out for my well being. I am a 65 year old senior and it is very important to me that someone cares about the integrity of their work and how it affects my quality of life. When I first met Mr. Quick several years ago, he had purchased his company from another well thought of individual, and he shared with me his goals as a business man. I was impressed with his desire to treat people fairly and give them good service. I have experienced this. I had to call him recently about a follow-up to this install where he needed to return to the job and replace the fan relay/delay. He had ordered and received the part but had forgotten to go back and change it out. In Sept, my renters, right after moving in, called with a report that the one unit was not cooling correctly. I called Jonathan and he promptly went over and got it running. However, the renters called again in November with a report the unit was not running right and when I called Mr. Quick, he made no excuses and immediately told me he had received the part and had failed to get over to the rental as quickly as he meant to. He promptly went over and took care of it. The way I looked at this was, I have a working relationship with Mr. Quick's company and have nothing inappropriate to report. Anyone can make a mistake. And I continue to appreciate Mr. Quick very much and will still highly recommend him.

I am quite pleased with Bradshaw Heating and Air. My air conditioning stopped working on a Thursday night, at the beginning of the long Memorial Day weekend, and it was slated to be our first truly hot weekend this spring, with temperatures to rise into the upper 90s. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get anyone out to my rural home, or if someone did come, they'd charge me a small fortune. Bradshaw's was recommended by a friend. I left a voice message with them Friday. I received a return call less than an hour later, and two technicians arrived at my house that afternoon and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Jonathan knew exactly what needed to be done by my description of what the unit sounded like, and he brought the correct part with him. Both of them were nice, professional and fast, and it didn't cost nearly as much as I had feared. I definitely would use Bradshaw's again and will recommend them to my friends.
