Very professional, exceptional quality, but started and stopped work and did not complete on schedule. Had other project going at same time.

I am very happy with the end results. The screening was great; the awnings work like a charm and the additional patio extension is perfect. The only "blip" was that they ran out of concrete so the patio was 1' shorter than what I wanted. I was OK with the slightly smaller size and they discounted for less material....concrete and roof. I felt comfortable enough that I was at work for the few days they did the work! I would DEFINITELY hire them again.

Made service call, company rep came out, provided quote, performed work, followed up on extra work requested, and overall excellent.

Wayne Thompson was wonderful to work with. He and his crew did a fabulous job on our home. My husband and I bought a foreclosure for a great price, but it needed a lot of TLC. We needed a new roof, new siding, a new backdoor, gutters, paint and carpeting. AWT was able to help us with 4 of these. A week after we closed on the house, we had a new roof. I was amazed at the difference, the quality and the efficiency of the team. A week and a half later, we had new siding, new gutters, and a new backdoor, as the previous door was almost rotted out in several places. The whole process was amazing to see, and the group was professional and helpful at all times. I love the work they did, and will probably come back to them to have my windows upgraded in a few years!

I called and left a message on a Saturday; Wayne Thompson came by and gave us an estimate the following Monday; work was performed Thursday and Friday. We were sent a bill via e-mail and we called with our credit card information and paid them. It could not have gone any smoother and we could not be happier. A big shout out to Bobby and his team who actually installed the cover.

They were really nice, and they actually helped me fix one of my windows that wasn't getting enough insulation for free.

They did an excellent job. I didn't have any problems at all with them. They were always on time.

It was reasonable, he just didn't do exactly what I wanted, he did a variation of it. They will re-roof a house, but when it comes to adding on like a back porch, they wouldn't tie into the existing roof line except with a metal structure. I wanted someone to actually tie into the roof line and make it look like it was actually part of the original structure.

They had the best price of any of the competitors in my area. They installed them very efficiently. While they were here, they checked my roof for the leak. They were able to get the leak fixed. We have had many storms since then and I have not had any leaks. They found that it was indeed the roof and they were able to fix it when the original contractor could not.

Wayne Thompson was manning his display at the Georgia National Fair when my wife and I stopped by to talk about having our house sided. Mr. Thompson was very knowlegable about both his products and the installation process. We set up an appointment for the next morning for him to come out and give us an estimate. He showed up right on time, made his measurements and said he would provide us with an estimate that afternoon, he also incouraged us to check with other siding contractors to make sure that we were satisfied with his estimate. When I got in from work he had sent the email as promised. We did check with others and even though his estimate was not the lowest we received we decided that the products that he offered as well as his employing certified installers were worth the difference. Before we gave him the go ahead we wanted to see some of his work so he invited us to his house to see the siding he had installed there. They arrived on the appointed day and time and immediatly began removing the gutters. During the entire installation process his employees were professional and would take the time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. They did not meet the installation schedule due to heavy rains that occured off and on during the week they were here but the total amount of time they were on the job was equivalent to the original estimated installation time. I intentionally waited to submit this report so that I could provide comments on any follow up services that we needed but to date we have not experienced any problems with the siding or the gutters so I have nothing to offer in that respect.

Overall, very well. The windows were done in a day (except for two doors, and they were done in the next couple of days). The siding took a little longer and ran late, partly due to weather and one day lost to the foreman being out. The work was completed within the week, though and we are happy with the quality. We also had a door replaced and are very happy with the results.

AWT installed the original gutters on my house, I had an issue where an additional down spout was warranted. They were prompt in responding to my call and completed the work the following day. AWT installed the additional down spout at no charge. A review of my records indicated it had been six years since the original installation. If you are looking for a company that stands behind their work, I highly recommend AWT gutter and vinyl!

Wayne did it again!!!! Unbelieveable results.....we love love love our newly finished sunroom (biergarten)!!! Last year, we decided to re-do our sunroom (all wood) - chipped paint, warped 2 x 2's, old screen, etc. Wayne came out and gave us an estimate and worked in stages:1st stage - replace all of the above 2nd stage - insert windows that glide from top to bottom ensuring maximum airflow and non obstruction of view Wayne's crew was on time, professional, and ensured our total satisfaction. Highly recommend if you need services for anything vinyl or windows. Thank you!

I have needed gutters on my home for some time. I called up Wayne from AWT ( I got his company off Angie's List). He called me right back and came out to give me estimate the next day. He walked me through what would be done and ask for my suggestions. There had been gutter drainage built into the ground from previous gutters and I wanted to use these again. His crew came out and did a great job. They always let me know what was going on and finished the job very quickly. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Had personal visit from WT. Estimate on spot with very reasonable pricing. Had a few adjustments along the way. Roofing crew (subcontracted) arrived bright and early. They had all the materials and were very efficient in removing and replacing the roofing. Were done in one day including clean up. Gutter crew came next day and they took care of all the gutters and dowspouts in one day. That crew did not do as good a job in clean up as the roofing crew. The window crew was on site also and took care of the casings but had not orderd my new shutters yet. I liked the casing job so I had asked WT to have the front of the house done as well. The casing crew came back in a few weeks with my shutters and took care of them as well as the new casings in one day. After the first hard rain I had an issue with the gutters over the Florida room. WT had his crew come back and put on an additional gutter piece at no charge. Overall everything went very well.

Wayne Thompson, the owner, was in Warner Robins the day I called. He arrived on time only an hour after I called. This was just after a rain storm so if there was a leak, it would show up. He used a thermal camera to inspect the area in question. There was no moisture present. He assessed that the water stain was from a long ago leak that was repaired. Gutters had been added to the home which prevented any further issues. Wayne painted over the water stain before leaving. He emailed me an invoice and description of his work and handed me a printed copy. He did this while working on his computer in his truck. I was impressed with getting an easy to read invoice rather than hand written estimates or invoices in a carbon which is so common. It was a pleasure to see Wayne again after his company did the vinyl siding on the house. I learned that his company is more involved with remodeling and replacement of windows and siding, gutters and screen enclosures rather than new construction which he was doing 6 years ago. It is nice to see that his company survived the downtown in the housing market.

Although contractor surveyed the job and promised an estimate he failed to provide the estimate and did not have the courtesy to decline the job.

Did a great job overall. Removed old roof and installed new roof in one day. New roof looks great! The owner of AWT Vinyl kept checking to make sure everything was done right. I have no complaints. I would use this company again. They did a great job and worked hard to make sure we were happy with their work. My Mother-in-law and I were very pleased with the work.

They were good, but there was a small disappointment with the gentleman who owns it promised to call and didn’t. They were competitively priced.

We were extremely pleased with them. I don’t think they could have done a better job. When they got the shutters on, the shutters were a little too short and we did not like them so them came right over and changed them for us. Wayne Thompson is the owner of this company. It took them a while because they had to order the columns. Overall they were very good. Price wise we did not get a lot of quotes but the other people who checked into the price were very happy with the price.

My husband and I were both Extremely pleased with the results. We were both very happy to pay for these services and highly reccomend them to anyone who is in need of painters, siding, gutters and more. I will be calling AWT very soon for another quote in another area of building. Insulation and Sheetrock Installation.

Went very well, from the start to the finish of the job was 4 days. Tom and his crew were very attentive to details and worked very efficiently. The first day they removed 26 windows and replaced them with Replacement windows and started to cover the wood with siding. The same day a different crew came and replaced the rotted door in about an 2 hours. Day three the window replacement was complete and the casing of the garage wood was also done. The roofer came to replace the vents. Last was the gutters and they were done with in a couple of hours on day 4. Wayne stayed in touch with the crews as well as myself to see that what was planned was to what I expected. Any other type of work on my house will be done by AWT Vinyl!!!

Roof had been modifed by former owner when they enclosed the 'back porch'...it wasn't done correctly, which resulted in a major roof leak. The AWT crew repaired the roof and now after several more heavy downpours, that are no more leaks! Repair was done quickly, within the estimate and 'done right the first time'! I highly recommend AWT for any roofing job. Thank you, Wayne and crew!
