+ -1 moreI told this woman nearly a year ago that she should not offer half-price Groupon coupons if she's not equipped to handle the business. This was after several phone calls and finding that one number was out of service and the other full. When I finally got in touch with her (baby crying in the background is very unprofessional), we set up an appointment, which was not honored. After about three attempts and many excuses (car trouble, etc.), I got my money back from American Express. Then I wrote about my experience on Yelp. Sharon's response was that the problem had been resolved. Yes, by cancelling the appointment and getting my money back, not by anything she did.
Description of Work: I don't know, because the work was never done.

Description of Work: This was not my experience, but a relative.Relative Got this from Groupon. Don't know how much they spent. She tried to call them, the first phone number they have listed refers you to a NON WORKING cell phone. The second number says the owner Sharon Holliday 's voice mailbox is full.
