+ -1 moreWe contacted Mitchell's Plumbing right when they were being slammed with frozen pipe calls. However, that did not stop them from getting us scheduled and a crew onsite within 24 hours. They definitely exceeded our expectations. Well done!
Description of Work: We contacted Mitchell's plumbing for basic septic tank maintenance. In the process of doing that work they discovered a problem (crushed valve to our field lines) that was done on the original installation 16 years ago. This explained the problems we had when we first moved in the house which the plumber masked by implementing a work around. We also had the maintenance valves installed on each tank

+ 1 moreMr. Mitchell was cordial, and I felt like his primary concern was to be helpful to me. He was clearly not out to just make some money, a refreshing change from most of the other septic companies I've encountered in the past.
