+ -1 moreInstaller was exceptional. He worked tirelessly until the job was finished. He was personal and took time to answer questions of the neighbors while he was doing the work. Purchase process was great as was the selection choices of materials. Sales person did what was promised and checked on the job throughout the entire construction process. The online website they provided was nice but was not always updated regularly. Follow-up on job completion was good!

+ -1 moreTook lots of time and listened to our needs and budget. We allready had some cabinets so they filled in the blanks so we could use what we had purchased two years before. Denis was a good person to work with. Would reccomend him to anyone. Good employee.

Description of Work: I placed a request on line for window replacements. I was immediately contacted by Home Depot and four others. Home Depot came out to my home (I took off from work so as to be there). They showed my wife and I their windows and took a copy of the estimates that I had received from other bidders. They said that they would email me an estimate. Still waiting for the email a month later. I don’t have faith in their professionalism.

+ -1 moreThe entire process, from the sales representative coming to our home, all the way through the installation process was excellent. The quality of the windows is excellent, and the best part is you can already tell a difference in the temperature of the rooms. The entire project, from the first contact, the price, ordering, installation, and follow-up, was excellent, and I would highly recommend them; the entire project - measuring, ordering and then placement of the windows, took less than three weeks.
Description of Work: I recently purchased window replacements for the back section of our home. The sales representative came to my home, was very professional, and explained their product and the series of events that would take place during the installation process. The price was very fair, and the quality of the product was more than I expected. Hullco had done the front part of the house a few years back and the quality of these windows were as good and some better than before. The installers were great; they cleaned up the mess, both inside and out. I would highly recommend these windows to anyone needing replacement windows. The Home Depot people were excellent to deal with, very timely, and the windows have already made a difference in the temperature of the rooms.

+ -1 moreI didn't end up going with them because their prices were too high. They were very good about getting back to me. I had to wait on other companies to get back to me with quotes. They couldn't actually get on the roof because they are only sales reps whereas the other people that came out could actually get on the roof and do a more accurate quote. They were actual roofers. I was surprised that their prices were a little higher because normally box stores are a little lower.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Home Depot to install a new roof. They would tear off the old roof and install the new one.

+ -1 moreBOTH FENCES WERE INSTALLED PERFECTLY, AND CARYLAN THE FENCE AND ROOFING LADY WAS WONDERFUL. THE INSTALLERS WERE EVEN AHEAD OF TIME, FINISHED PROFESSIONALLY, AND WERE POLITE AS WELL AS EFFICIENT.
Description of Work: HELPED PLAN AND BUILD A LARGE ENCLOSURE FOR MY DOG. THEY MADE THE FENCE MORE AFFORDABLE THAN MY ORIGINAL IDEA BY OFFERING SUGGESTIONS. THEY CAME BACK AND PUT IN A WHITE, PLASTIC HEAVY FENCE TO SECURE A DRIVEWAY ON A STOOP EDGE.
