Flooded my bathroom which damaged the ceiling in the garage and did not tell me about it. Two days to install a faucet never even apologized. No call from them for sending a very inexperienced boy. Very unprofessional company.

Very professional!

Had a text to call. They took information. Owner of company called me. He said he would put me in top of list. 2 people came out next morning. They were very nice and courtesy. They explained to me what the problem was. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Ben was great. He introduce himself at the door. He showed me everything that was going on with the pipe and explain to me what he was going to do and started work. No complaints at all.

Did what was asked and made suggestions for better results

The serviceman (Kevin) was very courteous. He was informative without making me feel belittled.

Great service, will hire again

I told them over the phone that I needed a washing machine box replaced, and he gave me a cost range depending on what obstacles needed to be taken care of; even the top of the range was lower than the quotes from three other plumbers whom HomeAdvisor recommended. They came out and replaced the part with minimum extra damage to the rest of the wall, cleaned up after themselves, and presented the bill that was the lower number quoted.

I was pleased with the work but on the receipt they did not break down how they got the total they did.

The worker was 4 hours late. Appt was for 10 am he arrived after 1 pm. He didn't have the right tool for the job, therefore he could not replace the filter. His solution is to replace the system for an additional $300. Should I be refunded?

Highly recommended. After my initial call, they were at my house early the next day to fix my slow draining toilet. Nelson checked things out, explained to me the problem and corrected same. BTW, I had been calling other plumbers for weeks with NO RETURNED calls. No so with Johnson. They answered the phone and as I said came out right away. Professional, service oriented, and caring. They are my go-to plumbers and should be yours as well.

He did great when it came to fixing the leak in the bathroom, however the fix of the kitchen sink was not as good.

They are one time and do excellent work.

Very friendly, explained things when asked to. I have a weird, complex system that I might have them come install correctly.

Ben was great! He got the message so fast. We had a break in our water line, Ben was on it. Once diagnosed he & Arturo had it managed and fixed. Iâ  m very grateful they were here to help on a Friday afternoon.

Probably the only negative we can give is the price. Septic tank pump-out was sky-high. We used them because it was an urgent need caused by a back-up.

They are fabulous professional,great quality in there work very polite there is nothing I could say negative about that company I don t know why anyone would use anyone else totally satisfied with the job the did and there price these guys are real pros!!!!!

Trust them in the long-run, and you ll be more than satisfied.One needs to be patient and one will be pleased with the final results, some like me.I am more than satisfied and recommend Johnson Plumbing repairs without reservation.

They came and didn t fix anything and I haven t heard back from them.
