We have used these guys several times in the past, each and every time they do an outstanding job and always exceed our expectations! These are the people to call plus these guys are super nice, friendly, thorough and helpful! We will definitely use again!

Why does it seem that more and more companies disrespect their new customers by scheduling an appointment and not calling to tell them they will be late or can’t make the appointment? This happened to me again on July 3rd. A company called Junk Kings Atlanta was supposed to come pickup the tree limbs in my yard. The appointment window was July 3, 2018, 9 AM - 11 AM. At 12:04 PM I still hadn’t heard anything from them, so I called and spoke to Charlie M. He said he would get in touch with the truck and have them call me to tell me when they would be at my home to pick up the junk. I never got a call from anyone at Junk Kings Atlanta and their truck never showed up. Now I have lost another week trying to get all the tree limbs removed from my yard. My recommendation is NEVER do business with a nationwide company called Junk Kings, I know I will never attempt to use them again. Very disappointing that anyone would act like this. Honor your word and commitments!

They never showed up. The original window was between 9am and 11am. At 11am I called their customer service and was told the driver would be texting me in the next 15 minutes. Never happened. By 12:15pm I was done and tried to call and cancel, but their phone support is pathetic. The wait time for customer service was 3 to 5 minutes - even when the recording says the wait time is under 30 seconds. I was hung up on twice and ultimately just emailed to cancel. Clearly, this company has plenty of room for improvement. It just won't be with me.
