Great customer service with great attitude and knows his work

His work was satisfactory, however I would never use his services again. For one thing he made me pay for the permit he had to get for the project and yet every other person whom I hired paid for their own. this was a terrible experience for me and a learning one. I was most displeased with his forcing me to pay for him to do a job when all of the people who performed paid for their own permit to get their part of the project done. I would not even recommend him to anyone.

He was very prompt when he orginally came and gave me a quote that was supposed to be all inclusive. He did part of the work one day then sent some men out two days later that finished the job. When the men went to leave they told us we owed an aditional $185 on top of the $150 I was quoted and had already paid. When I tried to talk to him about it he said he knew nothing about that and therefore we were charged the adtional amount. Not someone that I would ever call again or recommend to anyone else.
