Keith Carpentry Inc

I hired Keith Carpentry to install lights in my kitchen. They did a good job and so I thought about using them for other work I needed done. They were supposed to replace several window sills throughout the house. They did the work, but there were several problems. They broke a window and did not replace it. After they were complete I found that they had also broken two bricks just below the window sills and did not bother to repair or tell me about it - leaving it to discover it for myself. Finally, they performed a jackleg installation on 3 of the sills, leaving an almost 1 inch gap between the wooden sill and the wood under the window that it was supposed to match up with. I sent video of the problems to Keith and have spoken with Keith several times over the last four months. He had promised to fix it but then described how he intended to fix these 1+ inch gaps with caulk. I told him that I could do that and wouldn't need him if that were the appropriate fix, but that I was expecting CARPENTRY, not more jack-leg installation. We spoke on the phone a few more times, always at my initiation, and he continued to promise to fix the issues. But he has now missed several appointments and has not returned my phone calls over the last four weeks. Keith is a nice guy and generally easy to work with when he is on site, but when he is gone, he is gone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
