Shopped around on price for both systems purchased - My decision based on locally owned business in vicinity of both houses and references verified. They were not the lowest bidder. I have never regretted the purchases.
Description of Work: Purchased new energy efficient furnace & AC for daughter's house - good experience all around. Contined service maintenance contract with this firm since installation. Always prompt, communicates with customers and [provides excellent preventive maintenance as well as repair services. This was the 2nd system purchased from Dell - I previously purchased a complete system for my home (2002) - still in excellent shape and still under maintenance contract with Dell. Again about $7,000 but included new duct work & removal of old duct work.
