"I just was contacted by this company via an Angi request for a water heater replacement. The caller wasn't the technician, just a "customer service agent". She was abrupt and fast-talking, and wanted me to provide a credit card to keep on file for a service charge of 89.95 without giving me an estimate of the replacement. Her voice became irritated and told me that they just cannot help me then without the information, and hung up. Didn't catch her name but it was the worst service call I've ever had!"

"I try to give these guys a chance ,on 3/2/20 I requested a repair quote on my recent purchase .This company contacted me and schedule an appt @530 .I told the young man I was looking for full rehab with basic fixtures etc .He walked around the house went inside came back out and said we will email you the quote less then 20 mins .Well about 930pm that night I received an email stated " Renovation of 912 square foot home to include plumbing, electrical, total remodel of the home, tear down front porch, add new 8x8 gabled front porch, add 8x6 laundry room off of the house, house upon completion will be 1,024 total square feet. > > Total price $97,280.00 > > **This is a realistic rough estimate > > Thank you, > Wesley Walker > Superintendent > Walker Construction and Homes, Inc. > (912)276-0600" This wasted my time ,the property isn't worth close to 96k.You can build a house cheaper .This is very unrealistic. I understand everybody wants to make money but this is not the way ."
