Went very well.
Description of Work: We were referred by a friend who was very pleased with work Mr. Connors did at her home. We called him and set appointment. He and his crew arrived on time. We'd had a bad odor in the house and suspected drains were not working. Mr. Connors ascertained the problem. I felt Mr. Connors dealt with us honestly and that we could trust his findings and options. His work was reasonably priced. He was easy to work with, provided options and explained what he was doing. He and his crew were efficient and tidy. We are pleased with his work and the problem was solved.
