Jesse was very easy to work with. He performed the work with a quick turnaround time. He will pick up the machine at your place if necessary. Very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to do business with him again.

Jesse was able to come directly to my home and was willing to take a few moments to assess my issue although the initial intention was to take my PC to his shop for a couple days. However after a few minutes of diagnostic's he determined where over 50% of my memory was being stored. Old image files and various other files that could actually go to my back up hard drive. Once we determined what could be moved, he gave me very simple instructions on the process. In the end I was able to restore just over 50% of my memory onto my main hard drive. I also gained knowledge on how to store future files onto my back-up hard drive in order to maintain space on my main drive. Jesse was very willing to help and inform, and I will definitely call upon him from this point on. Glad I found him.

Jesse picked up the new computer, old computer, backup drive and backup software and 2 days later returned my new computer cloned EXACTLY like my old one, including all of the programs. I used to own an advertising publication and Jesse was one of my advertisers. Boy, am I ever glad that he decided to advertise or I might not have found him! He is very pleasant, super knowledgeable and has always fixed my problem - and did I mention that he gets to you fast?
