They did a good job. They were very prompt in getting back in touch with us to give us an estimate. They were really quick about coming once we set the appointment with them so they were very prompt. They were very professional. Nothing stood out but nothing was bad as well; it was just kind of average. It was a special deal and their pricing was good.

Daniel contacted me via email to tell me when they would come out to do an estimate and then did not show up during that day/time frame. He called later that day to reschedule and did not show up for the rescheduled date either. When I called, we decided instead that no estimate was needed and that I would provide a list of tasks to be completed in the 8 hr time frame and I gave him an overview of what tasks I wanted completed. We scheduled the work to be done several weeks later on 10/7 from 8-12. Daniel called that morning to say they would not be able to do the work that day as they were "too busy with other jobs" but that he would come out to give me an estimate. He came out, looked at the items I wanted done and started telling me all the extra charges that would be incurred. This was the same type of work I had done before using a similar deal with Angie's List thru another company, so I know all the items I was asking for were reasonable and could have been done in the 8 hour time frame. It was clear from the beginning that this merchant did not intend to do the work for the $299 deal price, hence the need for an "estimate" for a Deal that was supposed to be for 8 man hours of labor.

It went fine. They came just couple of days later after deal purchase. If I recall correctly I reserved a date in the middle of the week and on Friday they said they were coming by on Monday I think and I called to coordinate and then they were here on Monday. The price was cheap as I could find anyway. I would use them again in the future.

They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Some dirt and debris got on the siding and they made sure it was clean and washed away. They gave me an estimate for some tree trimming for which I will definitely use.

They did what we asked once they got there.

Excellent! they were fatst, professional, and thorough. I will gladly use them in the future! They responded so fast, almost too fast, i think they were at my home only 3 days after I bought the special online. The only thing that could have been better, they called to come so fast, on a day when I was not expecting them to come; it worked out fine because I was able to run home and meet them. But I am VERY happy with this provider and will use them again.

After four very confusing and controversial phone conversations and one face-to-face meeting, Daniel sent a crew of 3 men to my property last Friday for 1 hour and 45 minutes. They attempted to complete the tasks we requested, but did a very poor job. They removed the ivy from 5 of the trees, but let ivy on the trunk of the sixth tree- which I had to remove after they left. They did cut up the branch into large pieces, but then drug it through the front yard leaving dead leaves and small branches all along the way- which I had to clean up after they left. In removing the pile of yard debris (weeds an sticks) that I had piled up, they picked it up by handfuls and dropped debris all across the front yard as they carried it to their truck- which I had to pick up after they left. I then asked that they use the remaining time to help me spread pine straw in a large island in the front yard. They did so, very slowly, and when the time ran out, they dropped the pine straw where they stood and left the orange strings from the bales all over the yard- which I had to pick up. When they left, I also had to sweep the street I front of my house- they left debris (sticks an leaves) on the ground all around the truck. Although the gentlemen that came to do the job seemed pleasant, I do not feel that they put forth any effort to do a good job. I would definitely not use them again and would never recommend them to anyone else!

Company contacted me promptly to set up the service after I purchased Big Deal coupon. They were able to perform the service earlier than expected and thoroughly cleaned all gutters. Our roof is new so it did not require much cleaning, but the gutters were packed with pine needles. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good condition. The performed the service promptly and professionally.

Did just what we requested be done. Cleaned up after work was done. Verified with me that work was done to my specifications. Excellent service!! Nice people!! Would definitely use again!!

Showed up on time but the job was beyond his capacity. He advised me to call for my refund.

While the roof of my home looked cleaned, they did not get the debris from under my gutters.

I had a small problem getting in touch after the purchase, but once they got me on the phone, they were great. They did extra work, billed me as I was out of town and the price was very fair for the work.

The estimate was provided on 08/09 and the work was completed the next day. I was impressed with the prompt way in which the work was completed.

He came out and stated that he would have to do the gutters by hand, incurring more costs. Then he said he couldn't do duplexes for that price - even though it was one roof. He also had an itemized estimate, and it was for under $300, which was the total value of the big deal. I will be finding someone else to do the job.

Took a few days to respond after we first called to obtain a quote. Once we spoke with them they came out early on a Sunday morning and gave us a quote. Punctual and professional in preforming the work.

They were prompt, but the coupon didn't make it clear that some houses (like ours) cost more money. Also, they blew a TON of junk onto our neighbors porch and didn't clean up after themselves.

That worked out fine. It was what it said it was, nothing spectacular, nothing bad. They did exactly what they said they would.

Took a week to get a response from vendor. They then tried to charge 50% more than the Deal price since there were trees and bushes close to the house.

Overall experience was good my gutters are cleaned out. The B rating is for responsiveness and punctuality. This company seems very busy, I feel liked they had to squeeze me into their schedule of more important tasks, e.g. tree removal. I bought the deal on 7/16 and was notified via Angie's list that I would hear from the company by 7/18. No call. I contacted the company on 7/19. Daniel mentioned he would come by on 7/21 or 7/22 to take a look at the house. He actually came on 7/23 only to tell me that he could perform the work on 7/26. He did indeed perform the work on 7/26. It just seems like there was wasted time....

We had someone come yesterday for an estimate. I received a call this morning to let me know they were coming. They were here about 25 minutes and were done cleaning the gutters.

It turned out very well. They were prompt and did it for a good price. They did good work and I have no complaints. They came out the same week that I made the purchase. I would use them again.

I recently bought a coupon for 8 hours of yard service from DP and General Yard Service. They came out gave me an estimate, then came out with 2 guys were here for 3hours. That translates to 6 hours of work from the coupon. They only blew off the roof, cut and edged the yard. Then I was charge $75.00 extra to pull some bushes in the front yard. When I went to go ask about the last 2 hours and more work, the owner told me that the coupon was just to get them out here and that they lose money etc... I am pretty p***** about this and they even handed me a bill of how much everything cost. I had other things on my list for them to do that never got done. Plus the owner spent a good chunk of the time on his phone while i was working from inside the house i could see him chatting.
