The response to my situation to get a resolution was immediately. The thorough inspection to my situation and solving other potential problems that might happen in the future was outstanding. I appreciated the time that was spent to make sure I was satisfied. They walked me through the process which made it more understandable. I really appreciated how he backed up his work and made sure that I understood the warranty options. I also appreciated how he did not let a little rain stop him from doing the project and getting it done. Thank goodness the sun did break out for him near the end of the project and he was able to finish it on schedule. The final work turned out wonderful!

Eddie was fabulous. Is very professional.

While they were on the roof, they informed me of other issues to be addressed. One was more serious - replace J-molds. He told me it would be $900 but he did not have parts on hand. I told him that I would like to get that work scheduled as soon as possible. Ten minutes later, he called to say he was able to re-secure the existing J-molds. Great... except he charged the full $900. No parts were ordered, same price. A lot of factors went into that spur-of-the-moment, ;just get it done decision, but I would be hesitant to recommend them.
