Eddie called and left a message immediately after being notified about my request thru Service Magic. He was very pleasant to speak with and very informative about their operations. He was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, but I opted for a Saturday appt due to scheduling reasons. Again, he was able to fit me in that weekend. The 2 people that came to my home to do the actual work were very nice. They first examined the roof and gave me my estimate. I then had the option to accept, and if I wanted, they could do the work right there and then. They then explained in detail exactly what they were gonna do.

I called them to fix a worn roof pipe boot. They came right out and did the repair. While they were here they gave me a good price on replacing other boots on my roof. They showed me the boots they removed/replaced and explained what the problem was. I was very happy with their work and a couple of weeks later had them come back to do some pressure washing around the house.

I had one heck of a leak in my roof and with all the rain, it continued to cause damage in my house. I also know it was a heck of a leak because it took more than one visit to get it resolved. I would say these guys are committed to their work. After realizing the leak was not fixed the first time, we called them back and they came out quickly to resolve it. Where it did take a few times for them to fix it, not one return visit came with hidden charges, so they stand by their guarantee. I like these guys alot, but I hope I never see them again.

They were very prompt with phone call and coming out to view and evaluate our needs. I felt they were honest in their evaluation and the evaluationwould benefit us moreso than their company. They put our needs and offered expert service. Every portion of our problem was evaluated and a reasonalble estimation of the service was given. I felt confident in the information that was passed to our family and even though the job has not been performed as of yet, I feel the company will do a wonderful and the job will be perfomed with the highest quality of service.

I was very pleased with the roof repairs conducted by Atlanta Pressure & Steam. Even though my roof is at the end of its expected life they identified and fixed the active leaks and provided me with a 1 year warenty on the repairs they did. The cost of the repairs was very resonable (another company would only put a tarp over the leak for the same price). They came out and looked around for 30 - 45 minutes identifying the leaks, then gave me the option to go with them on the spot. I was very pleased with this company and since they offer a number of services in addition to roof repair and I'll certainly be calling them again in the spring

Eddie was a pro who showed me where the leak on my roof was, then fixed within the hour. He is very personable and competent in his work ethics. I will give a top of the line rating. Thank you also, Service Magic for recommending his company.

The contractor was courteous, he did the work on the house. I do have black shingle up there instead of grey I asked him why he didn't use the same color and he said it would have been 2 weeks to order. I would have been comfortable waiting those 2 weeks. Looking at it now I am so so.

Called them to fix a roof leak, they found a deteriorated collar around another vent and took care of that also. Very professional, and quick service. Pleasant to interact with. I won't hesitate to call them again for any roofing issues.

While the leak was noted for one chimney the second one photoed the same problem. The insurance adjuster missed that completely. Thanks. RM
