My service was excellent except for 1 thing. They did not show up when scheduled, 1 hour late. Once at my home, they completed the job as requested. They were polite and efficient.

I had a localized leak that was diagnosed and repaired. He inspected my roof and identified areas where I might have problems in the future without pressuring me to replace the entire roof.

Decided to go with Atlanta Pressure and Steam mainly because they were able to do the work the same day. Their initial estimate was reasonable and they reduced their price $50 when I asked for a better price. Alex and Eddie arrived within 10 minutes of the appointment time. They replaced four sewer vent boots and sealed some holes in the flue vent cap. They inspected the roof and gave me an estimate on replacing some gaskets on a skylight. They completed their work in about an hour. They were very courteous and I would definitely recommend them to a friend for roofing work.

I think the guys when they came out were very professional and friendly. My biggest concern is around there scheduling. They were an hour late, it would have been appropriate for some one to call and let me know that they were going to be late. That didn't happend, I had to call them and we went back and forth for a little while to see if I even had an appointment for that day.

Part of my roof was blown away by heavy wind, called Atlanta Pressure & Steam they came out fixed the broken roof...Nice guys too, I would not only recommend APS but I will use them in the near future for some other work that needs to be done around the house.
