My problem was a leaking roof dryer vent. It appeared to just need to be reinstalled. since it appeared to have lifted up. Alex came with helper and was ready to work, while others I worked with sent sales reps. Alex was quick and noted additional things needing to be done. I still had a a leak at the vent but it was due to the vent being clogged. Alex cleared the clog and reworked the vent. Alex did this as part of the workmanship warranty. I'm still watching it. But i'm satisfied Alex will make it right.

he did a thorough inspection of the roof including going into the attack to see if there were water stains anywhere that we had not seen yet. Explained everything that needed to be done clearly and gave a fair estimate for the repair. the job was done that afternoon. I am very happy

They arrived, quoted and offered to complete the service at that time. He was very professional and polite. He seemed to have simple solutions to a couple of leakage issues I had. Since the work was done a couple of weeks ago, the leaking has been eliminated. Great job. I will call them next time I have gutter needs.

LOTS OF TRASH FROM GUTTER LEFT IN AREA AROUND HOUSE. LEFT WATER ON IN HOSE. VERY SLOPPY AND CARELESS WORK.

Same day service. Pressure wash came out great. Did leave some stains after the wash but they came back and corrected the problem. Overall pleased with the work.

Quick response to customer needs, however roof leaked again around skylight. Was assured it will be fixed. Quote over the phone was different than actual price and I thought price was quite steep. Will keep you up-to-date and informed.
