Atlanta Pressure Steam & Repairs

I use Atlanta Pressure & Steam in 2009 and again this year 2011. Alex, the Technican completed the job both times. He was very accommodative, eager to make sure that I was satisified and so very polite. The only emprovement I would suggest is the back office scheduler, I'll withhold his name but I will use Atl Pressure again if Alex can be my Technician.

They cleaned my roof and they weren't happy with the final look, so they offered and came back a second time to make sure it was clean. They did this all on their own without me having to ask. They did a great job! Very good communication as well. They came when they said they were going to come.

Immediately responsive to my request. Were available to begin work immediately. Finished job quickly. Pricing competitive. Left tools and trash in yard. Hounded me for a credit card number after agreeing to pay by check. After providing credit card number he dropped a 3% credit card fee bomb on me which I refused to pay. Came by to pick up check and tools.

Very personable. Provided assessment of job and made recommendations on other issues to be addressed. Were ready to complete job at time of estimate -----No juggling schedule for return trip! Quick and efficient.

This company fixed my room in a timely, professional, and cost effective manner. They knew a storm was coming and insisted on fixing the roof that evening. Lucky for me they did, becuase we had a huge storm in Atlanta. It really saved me from any durther damage to the inside of my home.

The guys showed up on time and were very professional. They quickly identified the problem and repaired it beating the estimate for same work for other contractors.

The guys that came to the house did an excellent job cleaning the outside of the house and the gutters. They also performed some minor repair on my roof, cleaned the driveway and walks. It looks outstanding!
