Very professional and got the job done the same day. Unfortunately, my roof did sustain some minor wind damage 8 months later. I wasn't sure if it was covered under the warranty but they went a head and did the repair work free of charge. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them for roofing repairs.

I had a minor roof leak plus one shingle with two tabs missing. The technician came and quoted $750 for the repair work, and 1399 for a full roof tune up. Since I wanted to get the lead fixed I did agree to the $750 repair. It took him a bit over a half an hour with essentially no material cost. I paid him without inspecting the work. But after he left, I did look, and the shingle missing two tabs had not been touched. I called him and he said that that part of the work would have been part of the total roof "tune up." Nineteen months ago I had a total roof tune up which covered checking for any popped nails, checking for damage throughout the roof, a chimney cap repair and gutter cleaning for $600. Atlanta Steam and Repair was exorbitant in price and not conscientious in providing minimal service.

Sky high charges, just to appy silicon seal on the skylight...I had no choice that day and it seems the guy took advantage of the situation.

The response to my situation to get a resolution was immediately. The thorough inspection to my situation and solving other potential problems that might happen in the future was outstanding. I appreciated the time that was spent to make sure I was satisfied. They walked me through the process which made it more understandable. I really appreciated how he backed up his work and made sure that I understood the warranty options. I also appreciated how he did not let a little rain stop him from doing the project and getting it done. Thank goodness the sun did break out for him near the end of the project and he was able to finish it on schedule. The final work turned out wonderful!
