Eddie from Atlanta Pressure Steam & Repairs was prompt, professional and personable. He was easy to work with and performed the repair the same day we agreed on the price. The only reason I gave the job 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that the price was a little high even after negotiating it down a little. However, I would definitely use APS&R again if the need arises.

Very professional and got the job done the same day. Unfortunately, my roof did sustain some minor wind damage 8 months later. I wasn't sure if it was covered under the warranty but they went a head and did the repair work free of charge. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them for roofing repairs.

I had a minor roof leak plus one shingle with two tabs missing. The technician came and quoted $750 for the repair work, and 1399 for a full roof tune up. Since I wanted to get the lead fixed I did agree to the $750 repair. It took him a bit over a half an hour with essentially no material cost. I paid him without inspecting the work. But after he left, I did look, and the shingle missing two tabs had not been touched. I called him and he said that that part of the work would have been part of the total roof "tune up." Nineteen months ago I had a total roof tune up which covered checking for any popped nails, checking for damage throughout the roof, a chimney cap repair and gutter cleaning for $600. Atlanta Steam and Repair was exorbitant in price and not conscientious in providing minimal service.

Sky high charges, just to appy silicon seal on the skylight...I had no choice that day and it seems the guy took advantage of the situation.
