Needed roof boots replaced. Originally going to charge $375 for one boot. Then charged me $250 for 1 boot. Needed 4 more boots replaced and was going to charge $150 per boot until I received another estimate of $99 per boot. Work was good so I went ahead and allowed Eddie to replace remaining boots; only after he matched the $99 per boot. Customer rated low because I feel I was taken advantage of with the pricing. Be sure to get more estimates because I am certain $250 for 1 boot was too much! I would still recommend to others, but with caution.

Wonderful work, and Eddie was great. A bit pricey, but I didn't feel ripped off because the quality of work was so good.

Eddie and his two man crew arrived on time got the job done! He shot a video and showed me everything that was wrong with my leaky roof. My roof had multiple areas that would have eventually leaked, so Eddie fixed those areas too. He and his team were very professional and I will gladly use Atlanta Pressure & Steam again for other home repairs.

They called me right away and were ready to do the job when they came out to give me an estimate. They understood that I just wanted a quick fix for a leak in a roof that I was planning to replace in the near future, but they still gave me a thorough roof inspection and cleaned my gutters. They explained very well the pluses, minuses of a temporary fix and explained how long the fix would work.

Job completed as promised. The price was just right and the personality of the contractor was what I was looking for. I will use again for another job I am planning.

Good customer relation skill. Arrived when said they would and guarantee work done. Price a bit out of range for work done. I'm satisfied though.

Eddie was professional and did an outstanding job, and kept the lines of communication going from start ot finish. Eddie's price was much higher than a couple of others that bid on the job but offered a warranty, and the quality of work was outstanding.

Eddie was very rude and overpriced when he came to look at my roof. He does crappy work and charges to much money for the time spent in the work

A couple days after the job was completed we had heavy rains most of the day, no leak. It took them about 25 minutes to find the leak and another thirty to fix it. I am very satisfied with Eddie and crew.

Eddie did a great job! Came out the same day as requested, provide a bid and complete date. Started the work on the day promised and completed the work the same day!

The team responded quickly and provided a fast turn around on the job. Fairly pricey and not super in customer service department.

Eddie called me immediately and came right out to fix the shingle that we had lost. he also inspected the whole roof and reattached any other shingles that appeared lose. I would definately use his company again.

We have a problem area on our roof and have hired 3-4 contractors the past ten years to try to resolve it. ASRR .was excellent, very professional contractors and a pleasure to deal with. They listened to our history and sealed and caulked every problem more than any previous contractor. Highly recommended, they are all we will use in the future.

I went with Alex and Ed from Atlanta Pressure and Steam and they fixed my roof yesterday. They were very knowledgeable and efficient and reasonable. Alex and Ed could fix the roof yesterday and I just went ahead and had them do it. I am going to wait for a good rain before I put in the insulation in the attic to make sure roof is fixed. I do have 2 quotes for that and I will call them in the next week or so after a good rain. HomeAdvisor was terrific with responses and I will use you again for sure and pass on to friends your name and phone an e-mail info. Thank you.
