They appeared on time and actually before they said that they would (this is very unusual for a contractor), were very conscientious, provided extra service and required repairs, worked until all of the jobs were finished, did quality work, and very friendly. I had a little difficulty with their clean up methods, but was able to finish that portion myself.

Eddie Fernandez was truly professional in his sales presentation, asking questions, pricing the job, and with his assistant completing the work without any problems. We will recommend Eddie to others and do business with him again!

Provided a quote and did the work on the same day. Had one minor issue, but they communicated the problem and handled it without it becoming a problem. Very pleased with the work.

They called an hour after my visit to HomeAdvisor. Promised to see use the same day. They came at the end of the day. Gave us a reasonable estimate. WhenImcLled to,confirm our acceptance, they came the next day. Looks like they are trustful.

Honestly, the guys were great, got the work done quickly. I checked into what it would have cost me to do it myself... I probably should have done that before, it was about $45 in materials in maybe an hour at most in labor. I paid $399 for the work and they were done in 30 minutes. I'd say I paid way too much, call it ignorance or naivety, or they should have just charged an honest price.

Other than being a little late for the appointment (he did call me and let me know about the delay) the job and cleanup was done efficiently. I was pleased with the result but of course, we'll see how good it was the next time it rains!!

Do not hire this company!! They said they would warranty my roof work and they did not. I have called and called and no one answers the phone nor have they called back. They did not fix the roof leak and were extremely sloppy - they left behind nails on the roof, etc.

This is the first time I���ve written a negative review in order to forewarn others. I paid nearly $2000 to repair a roof leak, clean my gutters, and install gutter guards with a 3-yr war. After many phone calls/emails & months of being ignored, it turned out that the roof leak was actually a squirrel nest. Also, several of the gutter guards blew off, and the remaining guards do not allow water to enter the gutter. Flooding began occurring all around my house, causing major water issues in my basement. I have requested several times that they remove the guards and they have refused.

Professional and got the job done

Eddie was very helpful and fast to work on my leaking roof. He was determined to get the job done! Although it has not rained yet to confirm my leaking roof is fixed, I am sure my warranty will be honored. I enjoyed working with Eddie. Update: The leak was not fixed and actually worst after the repair. Eddie honored his warranty by adding tar everytime it would leak but wouldnt actaully fix the roof and then wanted to charge be double the price to fix/repair the issue.

They were very quick to respond to the request I submitted and was able to fix the problems that afternoon. They did a great job and repairs appear to resolve my problems.

Eddie called me. before his arrival. Both he and his helper arrived on time. He offered suggestions about my roof repairs and answered all of my questions. They were respectful and worked in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

The service salesman (also the repairman) seemed in a hurry and did a half-measures job. He used the guttering we had on hand rather than getting new pieces that would have made a better job. He left the guttering muddy. We subsequently had it pressure washed. We will not have to have the job redone, but we won't use them again.

They were on time. They got the material needed to do the job and finished quickly. The did a nice job. I plan to have them come back and do all my gutter cleaning. They were they only one to call quickly to make a appointment.

Very Customer Friendly. I have used them several times. The last time I used them they seemed to be a little more expensive.
