APS&R called within a few minutes of my post. The crew of 2 showed up within a few hours, inspected the inside water damage and exterior roof. Although my roof was leaking and is 17 years old, they stated the roof was in good shape and simply needed a minor tune up. They replaced 7 boots, sealed a few other penetrations and buttoned down some loose shingles. Price was very fair (not the cheapest), but they showed up on time and completed the job within a few hours of my request. Not sure how much better service you can get! I am confident they fixed the leaks and value was received.

I was confused with the billing practice. My whole transaction was done by phone and I never met the employees who did the work. When I inquired about payment method I was told that they accepted all credit cards, check or cash. When I called to make the payment I was informed that Visa and MasterCard had a 3% charge, American Express had a 6% charge and Discover was even more. I felt like I was mislead concerning payment options. The work that was done was fine, but I felt uneasy about the way the whole transaction occurred.

They were prepared to fix the problem when they came to provide the estimate. Therefore, the work was done right then so that was very much appreciated. We had another like quote but they were going to come back the next week.
