Eddie provides excellent service. Worked well to resolve issues discovered after repair started. Communicated well and his crew went out of their way to be courteous and do the job well.

Eddie contacted me within an hour of my request on a Saturday. Workers were at my home Saturday evening. They reviewed the damage provided a reasonable quote, insurance and completed the work during a rain storm all on a Saturday evening! I highly recommend Atlanta Pressure and Steam.

Eddie was very prompt in returning all my calls during our cleaning and repair services with his company.

This company uses high pressure sales tactics and is very dishonest. They offer a 12 month warranty on work and do not stand behind the warranty at all. After a repair that they performed failed a home inspection from a potential buyer for our house, they came out to the house and went on the roof to inspect the repair, without permission they then removed the section of roofing that they had repaired and then told me that it would be twice the original repair cost to fix. When I disagreed the owner of the company threatened to leave the roof bare when a storm was coming. Buyer beware.

He originally gave me a quote over the phone to pressure wash the gutters and fascia surfaces on my brick home.. When he arrived he confirmed the quote and as he progressed he offered additional pressure washing services for the front porch and driveway which I agreed to do. He was very professional and took care not to damage the plants and bushes around my home.
