Jeremy was polite, easy to communicate with and patient to explain the problem and solution. He was a troubleshooter, who detected other problems with my gutters I was unaware of until he pointed out the needed repairs. Honesty, reliability, and the kind of customer service that goes above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer! Wow! What more could you ask for in a contractor! The siding does not meet the quality of whats on my home. They painted the piece to match whats on my home which is really noticeable. I think my job was rushed. Done the same day without researching material.

Quality work with a poor close out process. Work was completed two days ago but have yet to received the invoice or warranty paperwork while still be charged.

They are quick and responsive company. I repaired my roof on the same day I inquired about their service, which was recommended by HomeAdvisor. My StateFarm home insurance repair summary stated that the cost to repair my roof should be around $896.10, but Atlanta Pressure Steam & Repairs charged me $1250.00 plus $100.00 for a laundry vent upgrade. The upgrade was an option that I chose. Nonetheless the repair seemed higher than average from my research online. Other than the cost, they provided great service.

They came prepared to give a quote and also to do the work if/when awarded the contract. They were quick, fast and professional. My roof leak was fixed for the amount quoted and a few other minor problems were found and repaired. This contractor is highly recommended.

A leak started in my second floor bath room so I used this Homeadvisor, this company was the only one that responded and came out the next day. They found that the flashing around one of the pipes on the roof needed repair. I had no idea what a good price was, $245, but I needed it repaired. They finished it up in about 15 minutes. However a week or so later, after a large down pour, the leak returned. I called them and they came out the next day to repair it again. Communication could be improved. On the first visit, I was told the crew would arrive around 2:00 pm, but they showed up unannoucned at 11. That's fine, I was home. Then the second time I called I was told to copy my invoice and text it to them. I did but had to text back to find out when the repair work would occur. This time I was told it would be the following day, but they would contact me before arrival. The next day, took the dog for a walk and when I got home, they crew showed up. I might have missed them if I were a couple of minutes late. Just improve your communications and check your email address that is listed on your invoice. It does not work.

We felt we were over charged for the amount of time they were on the job and the little amount of construction materials used.

We got a much better price for the work after negotiating with them.

Atlanta Pressure Steam & Repairs has been fantastic. They called me five minutes after requesting a quote on the website and came out to assess my skylights the same day. Eddie was awesome, and his staff mirrors his professionalism. They were very detailed during their assessment of my skylights and took great care in explaining why they needed to be replaced. Once I agreed to move forward with replacing the Skylight, they were out the next day and arrived promptly in the morning to start and complete the job. No one ever likes to spend money on things that break unexpectedly, but their service and professionalism made spending the money worth my while. I will definitely use them again. The before and after pictures are amazing.
