I was extremely surprised at the 3x the cost originally quoted. However, in their defense you were unable to tell how much damage was caused by the leak until the shingles were removed. I'm just hoping there wasn't any soaked insulation covered back up once the roof was sealed. Otherwise, Eddie kept me updated along the way, he was very professional and sent me photos and videos detailing each step. Don't forget to use the first timer's 10% off coupon.

Eddie came out to fix the leak on my skylight on the 13th of December, 2016, by the 26th of the same month, the leak was worse than the original leak. Eddie returned and fixed the leak again. He promised that he would come back if necessary. Well this was on a Wednesday and Friday night when we had another big rain, it started leaking again, very small. Eddie refused to come out again. He stated that he had sealed it and the only other option was to install a Ice water Barrier. I refused to pay for additional service. The $400.00 I paid to this company should have solved my problem. I told Eddie that I had a warranty for a year and he stated that the additional work would not be covered. Eddie assured me he would fix the leak. Well, he refuses to come back and seal one more time.

I thought the original quote I received was way beyond my price range, but Eddie was willing to negotiate, and he ended up doing a little more work than he had to for the lower price. He's a great guy.

I hired the company to repair a roof leak. The company talked me into additional repairs on the roof which I believe were unnecessary and totaled $800. However, the biggest problem is my roof still leaks. They stated the work was warranted for 1 year. However, more the two months after contacting them they still have not repaired the leak.

Eddie was very professional, courteous and friendly. He repaired my vinyl siding and noticed that I need some roof repairs and did that job as well. He explained everything to me prior to performing the work. He was thorough and was done in two hours.

Eddie Fernadez was 2 hours late the first day of job and 4 hours late the second day of job .I asked him to give me a discount due to his wasting of my time. He became offensive and I asked him to return my materials that I supplied and he hung up on me. If the materials are not returned I will sue the company. Do not use this company under any circumstanses

The employee that performed the first service did not do a good job. I called and spoke with his manager and told him that I was not satisfied. When I described what his employee had done, he assured me he would take care of it immediately and he did the very next morning. However, it is his responsibility to verify the work his people are performing and it is for that reason that I would not hire them again. I called him the next day and thanked him for his quick response to correct the situation but if you cannot trust your employee to do a good job then your not paying attention to your business.
