My experience was great. A review is difficult because testing the work in this case requires a big rain. The previous attempt, with a different company, was not satisfactory, so....I'm hoping for success with APS&R. I also took a chance with them on gutters. I really needed them, so they certainly improved my circumstance by installing them....it was not cheap. All in all, being previously jaded, I am happy with the outcome for now and would recommend them/use them again. If things don't turn out right, I'll be sure to follow up. 5 stars for now because work was done extremely quickly, without disruption and the crew was nice to work with.

Tech was late and didn't call, they're overpriced, unorganized, unprofessional, and they charge customers for the credit card fee they should be paying which you don't have to pay!

A boot on my roof had come loose and was leaking into the house. Eddie got there fast, checked the roof for all damages and found several boots loose. He fixed them all. Quick service, professional and it's done!

Had an absolute wonderful experience with this company and owner Eddie Fernandez. He is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Would recommend him to anyone. Eddie knew rain was coming in and was determined to get the job complete before rain set in.
