Eddie did a terrible job and charged a premium price! He was to seal leaks around flashing on chimney. He used a wrap that was not sealed correctly the first time. The next rain it leaked and I called him and it took a week to come back.He replaced part of the wrap and tried to charge me more to seal the bricks(they were not leaking before) I told him I was giving him any more money. The next rain it leaked. It took him another week to come out and again he wanted to charge me more money for the brick sealant I told him no. The wrap was still the problem. On both the last two times he walked in the valley of my roof which anyone knows will cause leaks. This company(eddie) does not know what they are doing on roofs. He gave me a warranty that he will not honor. I will seek legal action . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ROOF RELATED JOBS.

I wish I had done more research on this vendor but I assumed he was reputable and vetted throughout Home Advisor. I paid him $400 to repair the gutter on my home and in less than 6 months it was hanging again. I have tried to reach out to him on multiple occasions and he reads the text message but will not respond. Poor work and poor customer service. He claims to provide a 1-year warranty on worked performed but its as worthless as the paper it's written on. Do not hire him!

Do not hire him. He is unprofessional, does sloppy work and will promise you the moon to get the job. Once he does it becomes very apparent that he doesn't know what he's doing. After several trips and a tube of sealant my roof was still leaking. Of course he said no refund, but I intend to take him to small claims court. DO NOT HIRE

They did the repairs even though it was nighttime because heavy rain was coming the next day.

I was told over the phone that if the siding was able to be simply put back in place, the cost would be $250. If it needed replacing, it would be $500. The siding was able to be put back up, but he charged me $500 anyway because he had to use a 30 foot ladder. He also had to saw off some branches of a nearby tree to place his ladder and the charge to take the branches away would have been another $250. I found someone else for that. On the plus side, he was able to come out the same day and repaired it in about 20 minutes.

High quality work, great customer service but a little pricey. I would hire him again.

Eddie and his partner were professional and courteous and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done.

Over charge for repair on a skylight. He didn't honor his warranty. After calling the office several time for an appointment, he gave me a date but didn't show up and said it would cost me $1500 to repair.

I was OVERCHARGED for hammering vinyl siding back. $500. Front of house- hammered back siding under eave/soffit area and on side of house, at roof line. Also charged $150 on roof- fans/vents were coming loose or nails missing. $650 total!! I only had 2 choices and the 2nd person was in Arizona and won't be back for 3-4 weeks. I probably WON'T call homeadvisor anymore if the people they send take advantage of hurricane victims!

Since the job only took 30 minutes and 95% of it is labor, I was curious and called some other service companies for a quote and they gave me a quote 60% lower. Since the service is for leak on the Chimney, I have to wait until it rains to write a review about the quality of work.
