APS were punctual, courteous and efficient. They kept me informed of the progress with my roof throughout the project.

While the work was satisfactory, the price was too high for the amount of work done.

We have a warranty for the repair, but until we have a good hard rain we will not be able to tell if it has been fixed. So far with the slight rain we have had we have not had any leak. Price was in line with what we expected to pay. Very quick turnaround.

They did the repair that same day and then I had to come back out to do much needed roof tune up. Very pleased.

They provided pictures of before and after which made me feel better since i wasn't about to get up on my roof.

He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the cause of my leak and immediately proceeded to fix it although his price seemed high. We had a leak that needed to be fixed ASAP so he had us in a bind; since he was the only Home Advisor contractor available within a week. As far as I can tell, he fixed the side that was leaking but also recommended that he fix the other side while he was there. So far there has been no further leaking although we haven't had another torrential downpour since then. If APS is available during an emergency, I would recommend them if you can afford it. Showed-up in a timely fashion, inspected the roof, explained the proposed repair and cost. Returned the following day and performed the repairs. So far there is no indication of further leakage.

As soon as they looked at the problem, they knew what was wrong. They asked me before fixing and immediately went to work when we agreed.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They charged me $375.00 for 15 minutes of sealing. They refused to even go to the roof and inspect where the leak was located as he was sure it was coming from the lower ledge. My basement is still leaking. I felt they took advantage of the situation charging the outrageous amount due to more pending rain coming. I tried calling this company several times and emailing with no return calls or communication. I finally reached them on day 5- Not very customer friendly and helpful.

After a heavy rain we discovered a leak onto the dry wall ceiling in our laundry room. The next few days were dry, so we called Atlanta Pressure Steam and Repairs (APS&R) via HomeAdvisor. The team finished the job in about an hour or so. Then we had a HEAVY downpour two days later and the leak came back into the laundry ceiling. Dripping pretty steady onto the laundry floor. It was about 1:30 PM. I called and talked to Eddie. He had Jesse out to our house within 20 minutes. I was very surprised at how quickly he answered my call. Anyway, Jesse found the leak in the attic, tarred the roof and took special care to seal the underside of the roof. I don't expect any more trouble with the rain -- but if it happens I am glad to know APS&R will be there.

Found no problem with original concern. But then found?.?..? So called issues. Paid too much for unnecessary repair. Buyer beware!!!

I didn't have time to get other estimates but if I need roof repair done again I definitely will do that. They did a good job but I have found out since then that they were a bit more expensive than other companies.
