The Good: Fast response, was able to come out and diagnose the problem the day after a big rain. Answered all questions. Two days later they fixed the issue. They gave me a 2 year warranty on the work. Their work will be tested in the torrential rain that it sure to come. Fingers crossed. The not so good: A bit costly in my opinion. A silicon seal on my window, $375; to find roof leak and re-shingle $1300, took them about an hour and a half to complete the job. Left nails behind, but offered to come clean up the area, but took care of it myself. Iâ ll update the review if the leak remains but I hope for the 1800 I paid the roof is fixed. If the leak is fixed, I'd recommend them for sure, but also to get a competing quote just to make sure youâ re getting good work and a fair price.

Initially diagnosed the area that needed repairs done but it wasn?t the right area and the leak continued when the next big storm came through. I called him back and he charged me again when he saw that he fixed the wrong area. Just the worst customer service ever!!!!

On time quality work professional and safe

Hired Atlanta Pressure Steam & Repairs to fix a roof leak. Eddie Fernandez showed up on time, diagnose the issue and went to work. The first time it rained after he supposedly fixed the issue, my roof began to leak. I contacted Eddie Fernandez who was very unprofessional and told me he could not come back until Monday, which is four days away because "You are making yourself more important than the other people in front of you. It is Monday and that is final". This person does not stand behind his work. He was here right away for the initial job, but now is talking about schedules when it is time to fix his work. Am I supposed to wait for four days with a leaky roof for someone to come out and fix it? I would not recommend this company.

Very transparent timely conscience business and knowledgeable

They were very experienced and did a thorough repair to my roof. No more leaks. They also did their best to explain the steps they were taking. The only downside was that the cost was on the high side.

The guys came out within 2 hours of my calling for an estimate. In equal that time the work was finished and so was the clean up. I highly recommend this company.

My analysis of great customer service is based on feeling safe, timely arrival, get the job done, and feedback and they met all plus much more. I felt safe with these two gentlemen who kept me informed prior to arriving and while solving my current roof problems. Was aware other areas would need repairing in the future so was even more confident of their ability when they informed me of these same areas and some others with estimated times before they would need attention/replacement.
