We are a full house cleaning service. Our trained cleaning crew will come to your house with the cleaning supplies and equipment and provide a detailed cleaning for your house or business. Our cleaning procedures include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, washing the shower and tub, cleaning sinks, cleaning the commode, counter tops, outside the appliances, inside the microwave. For a deep cleaning, move-out and move-in we will add baseboards, cobwebs and light fixtures, inside the oven, fridge and cabinets.
"I was very disappointed in this service. I tried to use them last year and they double booked the day/time of my cleaning. The women that came were over an hour late and I had to call to find this out. The cleaning was not well done. I found under the vanity cabinet in my bathroom there were tissues under the cabinet, smears on my glass shower door. The dining table was left with smears from the cleaning product used and no waste baskets were emptied upstairs. They acted as if they did not want to be here and just did what they had to. They refused the initial walk through and look concerned there was more to do than the main floor. I could have done better without them- they were not into to cleaning, and it was apparent."

There was pet feces and urine throughout the home from several different types of animals, trash and disgusting furniture and more. Lanier visited the home promptly and gave me a competive quote (althought he wasn't the cheapest). He started work immediately. He removed everything out of the home that wasn't salvageable (including appliances). It took several days but they showed up early, was thorough, and went above and beyond. He got the home back in rentable, turn-key condition with very little rehab work to be done afterwards. He probably saved me $10K. I didn't have to lift a finger! The quoting and booking process was seamless and their communication was clear. I'll definitely be hiring Spriggs Commercial Cleaning again and I highly recommend them."
