Computer Troubles?

I decided that I was not happy with the pre-built choices available on the market today from the major computer manufacturers so I browsed the local free classifieds looking for someone who works with computers to build me a new computer. I spoke with a number of local professionals and individuals who do computer and repairs and services in the area. Of everyone I spoke with, Clint Roberts of "Computer Troubles?" was the only one who really made me comfortable with his general knowledge and his willingness to discuss with me in great length what I wanted vs. what was available in the price range I was looking for. I was extremely impressed with the general knowledge of what was available and their relative uses for both gaming and business applications, as well as his specific knowledge of new, up to date technology and how they work together in the computer to achieve the power and speed I needed for both gaming and business purposes. Although I am experienced with computers and have been working with them for many years, he was very patient in explaining to me the new changes to the technology involved and getting me up to speed with what I was going to be purchasing in the long run, so I could make a well-educated decision. He spent more time than was necessary in researching the best deal for me and hashing and re-hashing what was going to be built for me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted for my purposes. We had originally agreed on a "bare bones bundle" on one of the tech websites as the basis of the machine and Clint went even further and saved me over $220.00 on the cost of the parts by finding better deals on another site (by purchasing the parts separately). In the process not only did he save me money but I ended up with a computer that was overall more powerful and a better buy for the money spent. Mr. Roberts then came to my house to install the new machine, get it working and make sure I had all the peripherals to get the machine up and running. He has spent more time with me after the fact making sure that everything was running the way it should and helping me with any questions since it's been installed. He even helped me with my previous computer to help keep it up and running at no additional cost. I am extremely satisfied with the new computer. More so than I have been with any computer I have owned in the past both customer built and pre-built. I am impressed with the level of dedication and service that he put into building this computer and at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend (and have already done so) Clint Roberts of "Computer Troubles?" for anyone that needs a new computer built or has issues with their current computer. He is one of the most professional, honest and straightforward people I have ever dealt with and will go to him again and again for my computer needs in the future.
