All I can say is "WOW!!" From the initial consultation to the actual scheduling and execution, everyone was incredibly professional and courteous. I respect the type of operation that is more of a side business or start-up, but that is not TKO. It is quite clear that TKO has the technology, infrastructure, and training program that is enjoyed with a large operation, while they still are able to maintain a personal touch. I have gone through three different cleaning companies since we moved to Georgia. None of them even came close to what the ladies of TKO did for us. For years I have paid good money for cleaning companies only to settle for the fact that they will never be as good at cleaning my home as I am. That has finally changed!!! TKO cleaned my house as well or better than I could! As long as they are in business, they will have my business. I HIGHLY recommend them. A side note - they even have several options for cleaning products (scents, "green," etc.) and they keep notes specific to your home on their iPads...so no having to remind the team of your preferences each cleaning. Nice!

Do a complete cleaning including fans, baseboards, blinds, etc.

It has been over a week since TKO came to our home and they still have not provided the estimate they promised. Also, they did not respond to my husband's text and voicemail messages. This is very unprofessional. It's fine if they don't want the job, but at least give us the courtesy of telling us, rather than delay us from seeking another service.

I really liked Tara and was hoping that we could her the opportunity to form a business relationship. She never called me back with an estimate. I called TKO Cleaning several times a day for several days and left more than a few voice mail messages. I kept calling hoping somebody would get back to me because I thought that maybe the business owners were dealing with some kind family emergency and had a valid excuse. I was actually worried that something happened to Tara and that is why she never returned my calls. I noticed other customers did receive cleaning service after me so I am just left wondering what happened. I would not recommend this company because I wasted a lot of time waiting on them to get back to me because I really wanted to give them the business. I am just left with a negative impression.

We have used TKO for almost 2 years and have found them to be exceptionally professional. The first step is when Tara visits your home, listens to your requests and establishes a price and a schedule (ours is every 3 weeks). They are always on time and never disappoint. They have a small crew of 2-4 (usually the same folks); they divide up the rooms and go to work. They do all the regular cleaning and then rotate each trip with the extra things that don’t need attention each visit: these items are written down on a note they always leave. Special requests are always accommodated and they guarantee their work to make sure you are happy. You get what you pay for, and TKO is the best; always an A for us.

Their work has always been of high quality. Usually 2 to 4 workers gets them in and out fast. Prompt, bring their own supplies and equipment, and immediately begin work. No smokers, don't track in and respect valuables if on their client work list. First visit Tara will eamine your needs, set a price and frequency. Not happy, let them go, no keys or alarm codes to remove. Privately owned and not a franchise, we live in Fayette County. Always request feedback and listen and correct. Cons- Someone generally has to be home, but other arrangements can be made. Sometimes around Holiday periods scheduling can be a problem and they split crews. They still do a proper job but the larger the crew the better the job. Price is slightly above other cleaning services but the work is a premium product. .

Had renters move out and they left a mess! TKO did an excellent job. They even met me on a Sunday afternoon to give me an estimate. They understood our immediate need and were very responsive. Would definitely use them again.T
