Shepp's Residential Maintenance Repairs

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST home repair company that I have ever hired. Roderick Sheppard showed up late, and unprepared to do the work, even though he showed up two days prior to do a site survey. He was completely unprofessional the entire time, using profanity towards me, and constantly cutting me off when I mentioned any concerns. He even threatened me. When he realized he took advantage of my situation, he refused to do any other work neccessary to complete the repair. $675 to replace a 2 feet piece of fascia board, all while leaving the hole on the interior side, not allowing the board to be properly nailed in place. Again, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST company you can hire.

Shepp did a great job repairing my air. Before Shepp started painting he moved all my furniture,and covered my floors,once he finished ,he installed beautiful hard wood floors,i have never seen someone with so many skills,I will recommend Shepp to my church members....

One of the worst companies you could possibly hire! They overcharged my mother for their less than mediocre work and left their trash and paint splattered all over the floors in our home. He then told my mother that he would give her $50 dollars back and would leave the paint so that SHE COULD FINISH THE WORK! I was furious! If this company claims to have “so much experience” why can’t they get the job right the first time and how dare you tell an unsatisfied PAYING costumer to fix the mess that YOU, a “professional” made? He also failed to properly re-install the upstairs master bathroom toilet which then caused the toilet to leak. There are now big yellow stains on the downstairs ceiling. When I called Mr. Rod Sheppard, the person who did the terrible work, to have him come back out and re-do everything, he had a nerve to be rude with me and tried to hang up in my face. He told me to call the “owner” of the company which just so happens to be his wife who is absolute no help at all (shockingly). When I decided to look in our trash can to see all the broken tile, used paint brushes and other materials that he had a nerve to leave in our personal trash can, I found a bottle of Cognac D’usse right on top of the bag they used. I will be seeing this company in court.

He returned my initial request 1 month late. Made a lot of excuses.

Horrible. Very unprofessional. Did not perform work as stated. Charged a out of site price for cheap looking, tacky work. To repair my roof leaks on the patio and deck, he said he would take it apart and secure it properly where they meet the house roof. He used cans of spray for $9.97 and within 20 minutes he claimed he was finished. That was Monday. Today is Friday and it rained. The roof leaks just as bad and he charged me $1100.00 for nothing.
