I have used Archer several times and he always does a first-class job. I am VERY picky about the work I have done. Archer is dedicated to extremely high standards and has never disappointed. He is punctual, fair priced and dedicated to his customers. He returns calls promptly and knows his craft through and through. What more can one ask of a professional? He has my highest recommendation.

I called him the week of the snowstorm and traffic gridlock in the Atlanta area. He was really tied up in traffic and was being delayed getting everywhere but came two days later just as promised. He gave me a price to repair it and I thought it just a bit high, but he was there and I needed the job done. He repaired it promptly and cleaned up nicely. The spot he repaired is now the strongest spot in the tub and he gave us advice on preventing another tear in that thin, approx 1 sq ft area of the wall ,i.e. don't kick it and avoid children pushing too h****** it. A very nice service call. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Due to builder doing bad job on the installation, the tub did not have adequate support in the bottom of the fiberglass tub; which caused it crack in the bottom. Luckily no water damage. Archer did exactly what he quoted, very professional. We own several rental homes; and we will definitely use Quality Resurfacing again.

Main work was in back of house where large trees were felled and carried up an incline to road for disposal. They worked hard to prevent damage by removing gates and putting boards on grass. While there was damage to a path, it was minimal and unavoidable. They were meant to fertilize the whole yard but did not have enough fertilizer with them. This gave me a chance to do a proper walkthrough before rescheduling. There was also unfinished work in the front and Walt came out again. Crew returned but could not complete all the work as they identified some dangerous trees which were not covered by the original contract. Walt came out again gave an additional estimate and crew came out a week later to complete work. Four trees (two of them dead) had to be taken down in sections and removed. Dangerous work done very professionally. Everyone was professional and diligent, a good experience. The crew will do anything you ask, just remember to keep asking.

He did a great job, he came out and sprayed and resurfaced the tub and I noticed that a few days after he did it, some of the resurfacing material I guess it did not take and I called him and told him about it and he came right back out and redid it and did an excellent job.

Archer was very responsive to my request for an estimate, all calls, and anything I needed. He had some difficulty receiving the part he had ordered, but once that was sent to him, he was quick to install and make the repair.

He is very good and did very good work! He was prompt and showed up when he said he would. I would definitely hire him again.

They did a very good job. They were fast to get an appointment and he showed up on time. He was very professional and got the job done.

He quoted me $450 on the phone to repair what I had been told was a cracked bathtub. When he got there he found 2 holes which he repaired and charged me $175. He is an honest man

Archer is very obviously extremely knowledgeable about this whole re-glazing process and skillfull in doing the work. He is also one of the easiest contractors I have ever worked with. It truly was a pleasure. He was extremely professional, prompt and meticulous about his work every step along the way. The bathrooms were left spotless when he was done working, which was really appreciated.
